That complaints started from 5 years. He had catheter that time present.
PAST MEDICAL HISTORY:
Patient had right foot fracture at age of 8 years. And urethral stricture in 2018.
FAMILY HISTORY:
His father has DM expired in 2010
His mother has expired 24-25 years.
Patient was single child.

1.FOLLOW-UP (08/12/2023) ON CALL
