The patient also had a tendency to consume extra salt and reported normal sleep patterns.Mentally, the patient displayed a calm demeanor, occasional expression of anger, a tendency to overthink about the past and future, and a preference for listening in group settings.

Follow-up updates
1. 09/04/2022: Initially, after 2 days of medication, a slight increase in sneezing and runny nose occurred, lasting for only 2 days and subsequently improving. Treatment continued.
2. 04/06/2022: Sneezing, head heaviness, runny nose, and burning in the eyes showed improvement. The medication was continued.
3. 15/08/2022: Further improvement was noted, with sneezing reduced to 1 or 2 episodes at a time. Head heaviness, burning in the eyes, and runny nose also improved, occurring only once a month. Treatment continued.
4. 06/11/2022: Significant improvement in sneezing, complete resolution of burning in the eyes, and alleviation of runny nose and head heaviness were reported. Symptom intensity markedly reduced, and the patient continued with the prescribed treatment.
5. 10/01/2023: The patient reported no episodes of sneezing, runny nose, burning in the eyes, or head heaviness for a month. Substantial improvement in symptoms was observed, and the patient expressed satisfaction with the results.
