A 37 years young male patient named A.W (Registration number: ACP-90) visited Homeo Care Clinic dated August 2nd 2023 with the chief complaints of heaviness in the abdomen with epigastric pain after food. The pain would radiate to the back. There was one episode of vomiting a week back before visiting the clinic. The patient was suffering from frequent eructations. he was hospitalized for the same complaint a week back before the homeopathic consultation.
USG was done on 29th July 2023. It was showing multiple Gall bladder calculi, the largest measuring 7.9 mm
PAST HISTORY
He had suffered from Nitrobenzene poisoning in 2011.
FAMILY HISTORY
There was a family history of Hypothyroidism and Hypertension.
PHYSICAL GENERAL
The patient’s appetite was good. He had a significant craving for spicy foods. He had a habit of chewing tobacco and was a thermally hot patient.
