A 35 years old male patient name P.T. (Registration number: ABA-08) visited to HOMEO CARE CLINIC on 05/09/2020, his chief complaints was headache but when checked blood pressure BP was high 180/85 mmhg that is the cause of headache.

  2. Headache frequency 2 times a month.
