A 58-year-old male patient named A.S. (Registration number: ACP-04) visited HOMEO CARE CLINIC (10/09/2022) and his chief complaint was numbness of both soles and toes from 2022. Loss of sensation on feet and toes. Even he couldn’t wear a sleeper if a sleeper falls he couldn’t know.
History of diabetes mellitus and hypertension since 2012. He took some allopathic medicine for DM and hypertension.

The patient had suffered from chickenpox in 2001 and diabetes mellitus hypertension in 2012, with no surgery and hospitalization history as of the present.

His 1 Sibling (1 elder brother) has paralysis and hypertension history.
