A 38-year-old female patient named S.K. (Registration number: ABU-131) visited Homeo Care Clinic on May 2, 2022, with the chief complaints of pain in the left hypochondrium along with hyperacidity.

USG was done on 04th April 2022. It was showing multiple Gall bladder calculi, the largest measuring 8 mm

 

PAST HISTORY

She had suffered from pneumonia and jaundice in the past.

 

FAMILY HISTORY

There was a family history of hypertension and diabetes.

 

PHYSICAL GENERALS

The patient’s appetite was good. She had a significant craving for sweets. She was a thermally hot patient.

 

MENTAL ASSESSMENT

On mental assessment, it was found that the patient had a mild disposition. She used to get confused while making any decision. She used to suppress her emotions and had a reserved nature. She used to weep very easily. She liked to be consoled all the time.
