A 34 years old male patient named P.R (Registration number ABR-46) visited Homeo Care Clinic on January 22, 2022, with the chief complaint of eczematous eruption on the left hand at the age of 8-9 years of age, cracked and dry and rough skin, aggravation in winter and ameliorate by applications of oil. Excessive itching on the left hand
Past History:- Male pattern baldness
Family History –
Father -DM
Mother – Hypothyroidism and HTN
Physical Generals-
The patient’s appetite was good. Hunger not tolerable
Thirsty and Thermally hot Patient.
Mental Assessment –
On mental assessment, it was found that the patient was aggressive and angry when asked questions present. Open-minded person. In childhood constitution, patient was angry , non diligent, liked to play cricket and participate in cultural activities
Case Analysis –

At the 3rd Follow up eczematous eruption extremely decreased No itching

At the fourth Follow-up, the eczematous eruption was completely cured. There was no itching, dryness, or cracked skin on the left hand.
