Visited Homeo Care Clinic 25 August 2024, with the Chief Complaints of (Urticaria) redness, dryness, itching, rashness, and urge to scratch on B/L hands, B/L thighs, back region, some parts of face and head. For 2 months, frequency daily, it was aggravated at night.
